I'm really let down by the quality of the two things I got for my granddaughter. To make matters worse, I'm struggling to get a reply so I can send them back. The prices are way too high compared to the quality and the customer service.

Awful support! Just a heads up, the quality is really bad and the sizing is totally off from what you'd expect. Plus, they hit you with a restocking fee.

Watch out for that restocking fee if you decide to send back what you bought! They promote free returns, but then hit you with a fee when you attempt to return stuff. Just a heads up!

I got an embroidered dress for my 7-year-old for some family pictures. Giving it two stars because it arrived pretty fast and, at least in the pics, it looks decent. But the quality is just awful! There were threads hanging off it, and there’s no lining under the embroidery on the chest, which means my kid can't wear it as a regular outfit. For what I paid, this should’ve been made way better.

It worked fine for the family photos, but I wouldn’t suggest it for anything else.

I’ve learned my lesson: always read reviews before buying from a company you’re not familiar with. I ordered a small dress for my granddaughter, which was supposed to be a size 7/8. Instead, I got a large dress labeled as an 11/12. It’s way too big for her! I went back to check my order confirmation, and I definitely ordered a small. It’s been a week since I emailed them, and I still haven’t heard back or gotten any help.

I still haven't gotten my order, and honestly, even if it arrived in perfect condition, I'd still give it just one star—zero if that was an option. This was my first time shopping here, and I picked out three items on sale. After placing my order, I found out that two of them were out of stock. They sent me an email about it, asking for communication before shipping if there were any issues. I responded right away, within 12 hours, asking them to cancel my order. But, of course, days went by with no response from customer service, and they went ahead and shipped one item anyway. I wasn't keen on paying nearly $8 just to get one clearance item. We usually shop at Boden, and I won't be ordering from this place again. Should've checked the reviews first, that's for sure.

I bought a velvet hoodie, but the zipper was broken. When I tried to return it, they wouldn’t let me. They claimed that, per their policy, the hoodie was a final sale. I paid $38 for it, and honestly, it’s garbage. Now I’m stuck either shelling out more cash to fix the zipper myself or just tossing it. This was my first time shopping with Hayden Girls, and it was a total letdown.

The dress I received had some messed up fabric on the collar (a rainbow stripe that clashed with the dress's color and pattern). I got this dress for family photos and really didn’t want to blow up a picture of my daughter with that glaring flaw right next to her face. I reached out to the company for a return or refund. They got back to me saying they’d refund minus shipping (that’s their policy). When I sent a photo of the issue, hoping they might exchange it or at least waive the return shipping for a dress I can’t wear, I got crickets. After a week, I followed up again with more pictures. Still, no response. Not happy with their customer support. I won’t be ordering from them again. A little communication would’ve gone a long way, but they really dropped the ball here.

I appreciate this brand for a couple of reasons: first off, they are super experienced, and secondly, it shares my name. :}
